Informacje o bezpieczeństwie

List of safety warnings for workwear and health and safety based on the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety (GPSR): 1. Choosing the right size: * Make sure that the workwear is properly tailored to your figure. Too loose or too tight clothing can restrict freedom of movement and increase the risk of an accident. 2. Risk Assessment: * Before each use of workwear, carefully analyze the potential hazards occurring in the workplace. Make sure that the clothing you choose provides adequate protection against identified hazards (e.g. cutting, burns, chemicals). 3. Technical condition inspection: * Regularly check the technical condition of your workwear. Make sure that there is no damage, such as abrasions, tears, cracks, which could reduce its protective properties. If damage is found, clothing should be replaced immediately. 4. Maintenance and cleaning: * Follow the manufacturer's recommendations for the maintenance and cleaning of workwear. Improper cleaning can damage the material and reduce its protective properties. 5. Specialty clothing: * For work requiring specialized protection (e.g. welding, work with chemicals, work at height), use only workwear with appropriate certificates and meeting applicable standards. 6. Weather conditions: * Adapt your workwear to the prevailing weather conditions. In the case of low temperatures, use thermal insulation clothing, and in the case of high temperatures, breathable and moisture-wicking clothing. 7. Visibility: * In workplaces with limited visibility (e.g. road works, work near machines) use high-visibility workwear, equipped with reflective elements. 8. Tangle protection: * Avoid wearing loose workwear near moving parts of machinery and equipment. Loose clothing items can get tangled and cause a serious accident. 9. Usage training: * Make sure that you and your colleagues have been trained in the correct selection, use, maintenance and storage of workwear. 10. Storage: * Store your workwear in a dry and clean place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. 11. Clothing replacement: * Replace your workwear regularly, even if it shows no visible damage. Over time, materials may lose their protective properties.
